nutmegs drive me nuts

Me: (decided to be bold and explore the beverages at Coffee Bean, but in the end bought double shot Cappuccino)

Me: (still wanted to be bold, sprinkled ground nutmeg onto my coffee)

Hales: it smells like some spice!

Me: ......yeah....it kinda does......(scared)

Hales: (giggles)

Me: (went back to the counter, took chocolate powder KONON to even out the taste)

Hales: (giggles)

Me: (drank the darn coffee. mata terbeliak. cried on the inside)

it was HORRIBLE! 

Hales: hahhaha..maybe the nutmeg is for the food.

Me: yeah....possible.

so i googled it. apparently, PEOPLE DO DRINK COFFEE WITH NUTMEG! it's baffling, i tell ya.

Three of the recipes involve nutmeg.....yikes, i can still taste it... :S

but anyway, i scooped the nutmeg out and sprinkled more chocolate in my coffee. it was delicioso :)

and then went back to my ASSignment! still soooo much work to do!

on our way home, Hales and i saw Akshay Kumar shooting at Raffles. there were a lot of people just staring at him. i pretended that i didnt care, but secretly thought it was pretty cool. haha. but if it was shah rukh, i would be more obvious about it..haha.

thass all folks. need to get back to being a nerd. cos cool is out, nerd is in.
