me: the sperms swim towards the fallopian tube.
Ah-Girl: *eyes wide* no water how to swim???

me: ok, the head of the sperm contains the genes.
*draws a sperm on the board*
me: *raises voice over the overly excited kids'* what does the head have??
Ah-Girl:*cheekily* a mouth, a nose and eyes

haha..i had a blast laughing at/with those innocent-yet-not kids. i was a little surprised that the boys had no dirty comments..i guess girls are holding the torch now huh.

there were some genuinely innocent kids la..they were the ones who didn't say much during class.

oh, the title is Page 54 cos that's the page that contains information about the male and female reproduction organ. i remember this cos one boy kept asking me (since last week),"teacher, when are we going to study page 54?? *smiles mischievously*".

so there you go..the story of a bunch of 11 year olds and Page 54.
